Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the relaxed island lifestyle at FISH HAVEN which is close to  
the beach in a quiet Holmes Beach neighborhood.  FISH HAVEN has two  
ground level villas.  Minnow will take you back to the sixties with  
vintage decorator touches.  Marlin is decorated with a tropical  
theme.  Each villa has a private, air conditioned lanai decorated  
with a touch of island whimsy.

Vacation Rental Amenities

MARLIN is a two bedroom (king bed/ 2 twin beds) one bath villa and  
includes a spacious air-conditioned lanai.  The updated, dine-in  
kitchen is fully equipped and included D/W, disposal, ice maker, and  
microwave.  Amenities include central AC/heat, cable, color  
TV/VCR/DVD, washer/dryer, new bed/bath linens, hair dryer, telephone, private  
backyard with tropical fruit trees, BBQ grill, outdoor shower,  
covered offstreet parking, books, boardgames, beach towels and a  
sleep sofa for occasional guests. 
 
MINNOW is a one bedroom (queen bed) one bath villa and includes a  
large, air conditioned lanai.  The dine-in kitchen is fully  
equipped and includes a mirowave.  Other amenities include central AC/heat, cable, color  
TV/VCR/DVD, new bed/bath linens, hair dryer, telephone, private backyard with  
tropical fruit trees, BBQ grill, books, boardgames, beachtowels and  
a sleep sofa for occasional guests.

Activities and Attractions

Step back in time to a slower pace of life on beautiful Anna Maria  
Island where the beaches are powder soft, the sunsets are exquisite,  
and the fishing is superb.  While it's very laid back, there is  
still plenty to do; swimming, biking, kayaking, morning beach walks,  
dolphin watch cruises, sport fishing, golf, shopping, dining, or  
relaxing with a good book.      
 
Nearby Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and Longboat Key offer many  
choices for cultural events, museums, shopping and dining.   
 
Tampa and Orlando offer theme parks, golf, shopping, and  
international airports.

Vacation Rental Rates

Fish Haven is available for monthly rentals and weekly rentals with a two week minimum in March and  
April.   
There is a 10.5 % sales tax (Florida state and Manatee County resort taxes). 
  
A refundable $300 security deposit is required.  
A non-refundable $100 pet deposit is required for approved pets. 
An $85 cleaning fee is required for weekly rentals.
