SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN RENTALS PROPERTIES - Panama City Beach is proud to offer a smoke-free vacation environment. While smoking is permitted outside on patio/balcony areas. It is NOT peritted inside any of our vacation rentals. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $200.00 for smoke remediation will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside the property.
