A beautiful quietly located cozy, comfortable and modern Modern Full Kitchen Beach House with 3 Bedrooms upstairs, and 2 & 1+1/2 Bathrooms, one with a whirl pool massage tub. Full Kitchen with all appliances, Dinning Room, Living Room, and a 1/2 Bath off the 3 season porch leading to an outside cabana to escape the sun or rain while BBQing or Partying on the Large Patio, with an extra Refridgerator on the porch for beer & sodas, and with 4 +off-street parking spaces. It's quiet and safe for kids and is just a 5-7 minute walk to Short Sands beach, Downtown Attractions and the Animal Kingdom and Amusement Park. Just a great beach house with plenty of room and parking and everything you'll need for a great beach vacation. We do not supply linens but can refer you to a Linen Rental Co. on request.

Has TV's with DVD players in every bedroom, kitchen and a larger one in the Living Room. Free local phone service with Free basic cable for TVs. Well air conditioned with window AC's in every room that needs them. Living room is large & comfy and whole house is comfortably furnished with late model furnishings. Full large Dinning Room seating 8-10+ seating with all the place settings for at least 10-12+. The kitchen is large & new and well applianced with full size Stove w/oven, Micro-wave, large refridg., Washer-Dryer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Blender & Coffee Brewer with all the pots & pans& utensils you'll need including a Lobster Pot. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have a queen in two of them and the third has a set of bunk beds with the bottom bunk double wide as well as a full size Futon Day Bed and all have a chest of drawers & Closets. TV-DVD's & Window AC's in every bedroom. The 3 Season Porch has plenty of seating with a table, extra Refridgerator and access to the downstairs Bathroom and Living Room and out to a large Gas BBQ grilled patio with plenty of seating and tables for your BBQ Partys. There is also a large Cabana on the patio to get out of the rain or sun which has a picnic table, chairs, Large enough for  a couple of kids could sleep out there for extra fun. Also plenty of off street parking for 4+ vehicles. All the convieniences of home but at the beach.

There are a multitute of activities all within walking distance or a short auto ride. Walk to Short Sands Beach, the Downtown Attractions with many Village Shops & Country Store, Golden Rod Taffy & Restaurant, Fortune Teller and the Wild Kingdom Zoo & Amusement Park. Also a full Laundermatt if needed.

There is a Large Beach Wagon available to lug all you beach stuff making the walk to the beach much more easy & managable.

You can boogie board the waves at the beach or visit the Funarama Arcade & Full size Bowling Alley. You can walk down to the Live Music Entertainment at Ellis Park on Short Sands Beach every Saturday & Sunday night during July & August. There is something to do for everyone within walking distance and a short ride to York Village, Longsands Beach, Golfing, The Albacore Submarine Park, Museums and the Kittery Outlets and Fishing Trips at Perkins Cove where the famous Marginal Way is for a picnic walk on the rocky seaside from Perkins Cove to Qgunquit. You can also surf cast off Short or Longsands Beach or Bridge Fish off the York River Bridge for Strippers & Sea Bass. Also Bingo 2 nights a week at the Downtown Fire Station only a short walk!

July & August--$2350. per week plus Maine Tax 7%

June & September-$1600. per week plus 7% Maine Tax

$300. Deposit required for Reservation returned 5-10 days after your vacation providing terms and conditions are met.

No hidden Fees for cleaning or administration.

You clean & leave the cottage the "way you found it" in re-rentable condition or a cleaning fee may be witheld from deposit. This is an "Honor System" for cleaning.

Cottages have all you need to clean up with such as vac, brooms, mops, and cleaning supplies and plastic trash bags.

Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday check-in 3PM check-out 10AM Sorry no early checkin's or checkouts.

2 Payment Installment plan available for early reservations since we do not take Credit Cards. Personal Checks or Money orders accepted. 1st payment due within 30 days or by Jan.1 and 2nd/last payment due in 60 days or by May 1 the latest, in full. Last minute bookings must be paid in full by Bank Check or Money Order.
