Imagine feeling right at home while on vacation.  Beautifully appointed 1,200 square foot condominium has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, eat in kitchen, large living room and veranda.  Our accommodations offer large flat screen cable TV, DVD player, stereo, high speed Internet and cable TV in each bedroom.  Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.  Condo also has central air/heat that you control and laundry room with washer and dryer.  You will also have a reserved parking spot in the covered garage near the elevator for easy access in and out.

Furnishings are updated on a regular basis, and a minimum inventory is required.  When you stay at our place, all you need to bring is clothes, food and your toothbrush. Rental come complete with pots, pans, dishes, linens, towels, beach chairs and beach towels.

With your rental, you have access to the following Shared Facilities/Amenities:

Siesta Key is a barrier island off the central western coast of Florida. It is situated between Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Siesta Key has three wonderful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, where you can play, relax, or walk along the water's edge. Enjoy the sunshine and tropical breeze while you track the flight of pelicans and shorebirds, and keep an eye out for the playful dolphins. Fishing, shelling, swimming, parasailing, boating, snorkeling - take your pick. Or just sit back and relax, enjoying the view.

Siesta Key beaches are among the finest in the world. The powdery white sand stretches for miles and is breath-takingly beautiful - perfect for digging your toes into the white sand as you read the latest bestseller, walking along the shore with someone you love, enjoying the splendor of a glorious sunset, or indulging in a refreshing dip in the warm tropical Gulf of Mexico waters.

The bright, white sands of Siesta Key are 99% pure quartz and is always cool to the touch. Quartz is said to have magical healing powers.
