This wonderful vacation property has a total of 8800 sq. feet with 8 beautiful bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. The villa is located minutes from the Strip and the airport and can sleep up to 20 guests. We have 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed each, 2 other bedrooms with 2 queen beds each, and the other 4 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each.

The property is all one story, with unique furniture, great details, and a gorgeous backyard! The backyard comes with plenty of grass and trees, a big patio with built-in BBQ grill, pool & spa, trampoline, gazebo with lounge chairs, ping pong table, beach chairs, etc.

Also, the villa has a total of 7 TV’s: 6 big screen plasmas & 1 regular. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, the beautiful dining room has a big dining table and a bar area, and the living room is furnished with leather sofa, love seat and chair. The property also has an office space for you to check all your important business emails and news.
