Beautiful four-bedroom Lake House on over an acre. Lakefront on Mayo Lake. Large Deck overlooks Lake 
and sunroom off master suite.

For a peaceful lakefront vacation This is just what you are looking for! Mayo Lake is one of the 
best-kept secrets on the east coast. It has 85 miles of shoreline. It is very clean, clear and has a 
deep lake with natural wooded shorelines. It is great for fishing, hunting, swimming, and water-
skiing or jetskiing.

Under an hour to Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC. Ten minutes to historical downtown Roxboro! Many 
amenities. 

The local lake authority does not allow permanent or temporary docks (for environmental reasons), so 
we have re-rigged a large pontoon boat as our dock. The 24-foot boat is tied off to the shore and 
anchored on each end. This has been a great solution to creating an awesome "boat dock" for 
swimming, sitting, sunning, fishing, and mooring your boat!
