The Phoenix Villa II (Next to the Arizona Grand Resort) in Phoenix

You will feel at home in this Sante Fe decor Villa, this spacious villa boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room surrounds a grand fireplace with rustic hardwood furniture & two story vaulted ceilings. The kitchen includes granite counter-tops, buffet island, and every cooking amenity a chef would desire.

The backyard features a private seating area, gas BBQ grill, & chiminea fireplace. The second level features 2 bedrooms with tall ceilings, cozy beds, large walk-in closets & private balcony, the master boasts a spacious bathroom & closet. Downstairs you’ll find the 3rd bedroom & bathroom.

We provide all our guests with five star comfort & amenities including a special VIP request service! Upon request, we will stock the Villa with food, beverages, and other items prior to your arrival for an additional cost.

You'll enjoy access to our 4 community pools & hot tubs, the Valley's premier Phantom Horse Golf Club, horseback riding on the South Mountain preserve, mountain biking the Desert Classic Trail & sampling some of the best southwestern cuisine in Phoenix.

Additionally, our Villa has easy freeway access to all the Spring Training Stadiums in the Phoenix Valley (call for more details), 15 minutes from Scottsdale shopping, and only 10 minutes from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport.

Payment Details:

• 100% payment is required 60 days prior or 5 days after making your reservation (whichever day is closer to your day of arrival) to reserve your dates.
• Guests using a debit card to pay for reservation may need to contact the phone number on the back of the card & approve a large purchase amount.
• Credit cards will be pre-authorized for $495 (same as hotels).  This amount (or partial amount) will be charged for any missing items or major damage caused by guests.
• Guests booking the reservation must fax Driver’s License & Credit Card used in purchase to complete reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations requests before 60 days prior to stay. 50% refund for cancellations requests before 30 days prior to stay. 0% refund for cancellations requests before 29 days prior to stay.

Reservation Restrictions & Details:

• Must be paid by an adult OVER 21.
