Minimum Stay: 4 nights.

There is very easy access to downtown Maggie Valley, the Ski Slopes, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Waynesville area and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This location is ideal for fisherman, hikers, park visitors, cyclists, antique shoppers and anyone who wants to enjoy a beautiful and peaceful mountainside cabin without enduring long and challenging mountain road drives.

This large cabin home (1550 sq. ft.) has 2 bedrooms, an open loft and 2 new sparkling clean bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 6.

The house features 3 HD TVs, Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, a 4 person hot tub and a full kitchen with stove, microwave, cooking gear and kitchen utensils. There is also an outside cooking grill.

The cabin home is close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (25 Minutes), the Blue Ridge Parkway (10 minutes), Lake Junaluska (10 minutes), Cherokee, downtown Maggie Valley(2 minutes).

NO additional rental or cleaning or pet fees.

4 night minimum rental.

$200 Refundable Security Deposit.

Rental cost is:                    

                                         $900      2 week rental.

                                         $1500     One Month Rental

                                         $1350     per Month for a 3 Month Rental

                                         $650 Per Week. *

                                         Note: Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's rent by whole week only (or longer) at $750 per week.

                                         Add 11% North Carolina Sales Tax on rentals less than 3 months.

Pets 50 lbs and under are allowed.

INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include linens & towel set-up and a fully equipped kitchen.  Also, rental fees include the housekeeping fee and spa fee.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES - Cleaning is provided upon departure.  Furnishings include dishes, bed and bath linens and cookware.  Guests will provide their paper products, i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish washing soap, laundry detergent, etc.

GENERAL STATEMENT - The owners are not responsible or liable for (a) any loss of theft of personal property, accident, injury or damage of any nature from any cause to renters (including guests or others) or acts of God, (b) weather, road, travel, ski conditions, or any other recreational activities.  Items can be returned which were inadvertently left via mail on a C.O.D. basis.  Rates may change without notice.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE - it may be necessary to enter the cabin to perform minor repairs.  Guest are not required to be there.
