Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor condo on the fifth fairway of Indian Creek golf course with beautiful sunset views of golf course and pond from screened in porch. King size bed in master bedroom with 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, sleep sofa in living room pulls out to a double bed. This unit has just been repainted and recarpeted throughout and is very nicely furnished. No smoking or pets please.

Nice heated pool and clubhouse on property. There are beach chairs umbrellas and coolers for your use in the utility closet on porch.Washer and dryer in unit all linens pots, pans,plates,utensils beach towels , barbeque included.

Shopping of all kinds is within 2-3 minutes of home. Beautiful Jupiter Inlet beach and Dubois Park are app. 5 mins away.
vacation rental rates
There is a 3 month minimum per condo association @$2,100.00 per month from January thru March $1800.00 per month for December April and May.half of rental fee due with lease agreement with remainder due before 1st. month. there is also a $500.00 security deposit due with signed lease agreement.
