You are just minutes from your dock to either the Atlantic or the Gulf, for a great day of fishing. You may just want to enjoy some fishing off the dock.
Relax by the private pool, grill up your fresh catch, or just sit and enjoy the view of the water from the dock. The backyard is your own tropical retreat, with its soft lighting at night making it the perfect spot for a night cap.
It is a very short walk or bike ride to the Cabana Club or any of the nearby restaurants serving up local seafood. There is always live music by local talent to help you enjoy your Island living experience.

Garage has a bait freezer and commercial ice maker. There is a two person kayak and two bikes for guest use. Outside hot shower, free wireless internet. Living room has a 50” TV, bedrooms also have flat screen TV’s all with HD cable. DVD player, dock for IPod, gas grill, full size laundry room with washer and dryer.
