Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully restored 1920's Mizner Home. Originally built on Boca 
Resort grounds and moved on the Intracoastal to be placed off the 
Marina in the Historic Marina District in the heart of downtown 
Delray.It sits one block South of Altantic and all it has to offer 
and 3 blocks West of the ocean.There are cabanas available for rent 
on the ocean.There are 2 bedrooms in the front of the house and 
a master bedroom/bath suite off the rear of the house.Both master 
bedroom and dining room have French doors which open to 
enclosed private back yard where there is also a French door to the 
rear of garage w/ac and 1/2 bath.This house has all the charm of a 
Mizner home with beautiful Dade Co. Pine floors, pecky cypress 
beamed 
ceiling and working fireplace, plantation shutters in all rooms,but 
has all the modern conveinences such a 2 zone ac/alarm/new 
appliances.There is a fenced in rear yard and a screened-in front 
porch which overlooks the City marina.Sit with your coffee or at 
Happy Hour and watch the yachts and sailboats slowly go by This is a 
non-commercial park-like small marina that is connected with 
boardwalks and walkways to Atlantic Ave and the parks north of the 
bridge.This is a quiet, "secret" neighborhood steps from everything 
so park your car and walk to it all.

  Bedding is presently King/Queen/2twins. The owner has provided top 
  quality bedding from featherbeds, to down comforters for the best 
  sleeping experience.These can be changed so inform of your needs.

  Electric is included as well as all other utilities.There is a cap 
  of $75 per month for monthly rentals and overages will be charged. 
  
  The alarm system "monitoring" will be a cost due to the tenant and 
only available to long-term tenants.The City charges for all "false 
alarms" and this will be borne by tenant.

Activities and Attractions

Delray is 15 miles south of Palm Beach, 20 miles north of Ft 
Lauderdale, and 50 miles north of Miami. These towns have endless 
activities. In Delray there are many fine restaurants/music/art 
galleries/antiques/shopping in the blocks w/in walking distance. It 
is a city small in size but huge in cultural/musical/art events such 
as "Jazz on the Avenue", the Delray Affair, the Old School Square 
Museum and cultural events.The beach is one of south Florida's 
finest. The Tennis center is world class and there are over 70 golf 
courses in Palm Beach County alone.
