The alarm system "monitoring" will be a cost due to the tenant and
only available to long-term tenants.The City charges for all "false
alarms" and this will be borne by tenant.

Delray is 15 miles south of Palm Beach, 20 miles north of Ft
Lauderdale, and 50 miles north of Miami. These towns have endless
activities. In Delray there are many fine restaurants/music/art
galleries/antiques/shopping in the blocks w/in walking distance. It
is a city small in size but huge in cultural/musical/art events such
as "Jazz on the Avenue", the Delray Affair, the Old School Square
Museum and cultural events.The beach is one of south Florida's
finest. The Tennis center is world class and there are over 70 golf
courses in Palm Beach County alone.
