This lakefront mountain Vacation rental is located on Mirror
Lake,Woodstock.... just South of North Woodstock in the beautiful
White Mountains of NH.
Walk right out to the water. There are trails a short distance from
the house right into the White Mountain National Forest.
Enjoy a campfire in the large yard (1.5 acres)
or a warm cozy fire in the large stone fireplace in the living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, large deck with furniture & gas
grill.The rental is located in the upper half of the barn (stairs
required) and overlooks the lake & mountains.We have 6 cozy bedrooms
with 3 queen beds, and 3 full beds.We are 1.5 miles to Jack O'Lantern
Golf course/Resort
We are 10 minutes to Loon Mountain, 20 Minutes to Cannon Mt,25 Min to
Waterville Valley & 25 minutes to Tenney Mt. Near great Hiking Trails!

$350/night + 9% Tax ($381.50)

$100 Hot Tub Option (6 person caldera indoor hot tub)

Weekly rate $2450 + 9% tax ($2670.50)
A minimum night stay will apply to holiday periods or special events
12 person max on property , includes children
$100 Pet fee (per dog)

7 night minimum from mid June through August Rates subject to 9% New Hampshire Rooms and Rentals tax if less than six months.

50% deposit required to hold any reservation

Balance & $200 damage deposit (refundable) due 30 days prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel reservation and release dates for non payment of balance

We accept major credit cards, checks are preferred
Cancellations must be received outside of 30 days prior to arrival for a refund,  less a $100 processing fee.
Smoking permitted outside only

Pet Policy: ASK - No pets without prior approval
