Beautiful house on the east side of Pleasure Island at Club Everglades. Situated just 100 feet from the main boat dock where the pontoon ferry boat shuttles island residents and where you can moor your own boat. This house faces east and has filtered views to the Barron River and Everglades City through wonderful mature vegetation in front. It features a screened in porch, hardwood floors, granite counters, two bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 6 (a king bed in 1 bedroom, 2 extra long twins in 2nd bedroom, 2 inflatible beds for addiontal guests). There is a fully furnished kitchen with stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, and coffee maker, washer and dryer. Two large TVs, DVD player, stereo. Air conditioner keeps the house wonderfully cool, and ceiling fans throughout the house and on the screened porch. Porch has a 3-burner barbeque grill for outdoor cooking.
