40-FOOT SOLAR HEATED POOL, whale watching, dolphins, horseshoe crabs, stingrays, seagulls and rare 
birds--ALL FROM YOUR MASSIVE WRAPAROUND PORCH.  Kayak in 1 of our 5 kayaks (upto 7 people at one 
time!), sail, fish, enjoy long walks on a secluded beach (and even take your dog with you), or step 
down from the deck onto your PRIVATE beach and just relax on a lounge chair with nothing but miles

just 7 homes in a very rustic and picturesque part of the Delaware Bay offering the perfect balance 
of seclusion and tranquility to complement the hustle and bustle of downtown Cape May, which is 
about 7.5 miles away.  

Former home of the Owner and Chef of the reknowned Water's Edge restaurant on Beach Avenue and 1919 
restaurant in downtown Cape May, the house provides COOKING ENTHUSIASTS with a spectacularly 
appointed Chef's Kitchen to prepare their very own gourmet meals!

ensuite bath + private access to pool and deck;

preserve, private ensuite toilet, hall bath;

The house has an exceptionally lovely setting adjoining a nature preserve on a private unmanned 
beach on the Delaware Bay.  While this is a truly spectacular and undiscovered part of the Jersey 
Shore offering totally privacy and tranquility, it is still within minutes of downtown Cape May and 
Wildwood, which are approx. 7.5 miles from the home.  Stone Harbor and Avalon are also nearby and 
Ocean City and Atlantic City are about 35-40 mins away.  Out-of-towners can make quick trips to 
Philadelphia (about 1.5 hrs), New York City (about 2.5 hrs), Assateague and Chincoteague Islands, VA
--famous for their wildlife safaris & Wild Pony Cruises (about 2.5 hrs) and Washington, DC (3.5 hrs).

2008 Weekly Rates.  2009 renters, add $500 per week to the below rates:
