Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful new Town Home with approx. 2200 Sq. Feet. 

4 comfortable size bedrooms that each have private full bathrooms.
Bedrooms are located on 2 levels of home. 
(Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins) 

Family gathering room is located on top floor along with fully 
outfitted kitchen and dining area. This floor has a twin daybed.

Each bedroom and family room has cable TV. Home has DVD. 
players.

New furnishings in casual beach style. 

3 balconies that have Gulf views.

Gas Grill

Elevator access to all floors. (Private)

Garage. 

Outside rinse-off area. 

Washer /Dryer in home for your use. 

In conclusion let me add that this is where my family spends our time 
together. My wife and I have two young children,so we purchased and 
created a place that makes our limited time together as easy and 
hassle-free as possible. Hopefully, future guests will agree and 
desire to make our home a part of their family's vacation plans in 
the future. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located in private, family oriented, secure, gated community. 

Beach- Not crowded and access is easy. Direct boardwalk from back 
door of home to beach. Level and easy to roll cart (provided) to 
beach. If you have experienced the crowds of other beaches, you will 
be amazed at the seclusion our beach has due to the overall low 
density of development in the area.  

Pool- Just steps from the back door is the large
private Sea Cliff's pool and bath house. 

Playground equipment is located adjacent to pool area. 

 

Activities and Attractions

Beaching- beautiful,unspoiled and uncrowded.

Fishing- Outstanding and easy to do. Surf fishing at beach, wade and 
boat fishing in St. Joe Bay. Flats are abundant with 
trout, redfish, pompano and flounder. 

Boating-We are just minutes away from the St. Joseph State Park boat 
ramp, which will allow you access to St. Joe Bay and Gulf. 

St. Joseph State Park: Park Boundaries are within eyesite of home. 
The park has incredibly preserved Old Florida wilderness and has 
miles of secluded beaches and bay frontage offering access for all 
sorts of water activities in a clear, clean and pristine bay: 
Activities such as; scalloping in bay during season, crabbing for 
Blue Crabs, snorkeling, canoe and sea kayaking (rentals avail),  
birding, sailing, fishing and hiking on an 
established trail system. Saving the best for last, almost everyday 
there is an incredibly-beautiful sunset with the sun disappearing 
into the Gulf waters.  

Vacation Rental Rates

2007 Rates

9 person max occupancy. No smoking and no pets. 

Seasonal Week Rate:$1600.00..includes all fees!
(May 15th to September 14th) (During this season Saturday to Saturday 
rental weeks)

Mid Season Week Rate:$1262.00..includes all fees!
(March 15th to May 14th)  and  (September 15th to January 2nd) 

Off Season Week Rate:$1060.00..includes all fees!
(Jan 3rd to March 14th)

Note: 
 Sales tax is an additonal 11%. Please contact 
owner for long term rates or any 
questions concerning rates. Refundable damage deposit. Credit Cards 
accepted. No Pets. No Smoking.
