  Resort type Recreation deck includes large heated pool, Two hot  
tubs, sauna, putting green, snack bar, tennis and basket ball  
courts, children's play area and Bar-B-Que grills with picnic  
areas.   
  Community center next door has farmers market 2 days a week. 
 
  Zoo, Golf course, Ballroom dancing, shopping, all kinds of water  
sports and plenty of night life all within walking distance.  Tour  
desk on sight. 
 
  Grocery stores: take THE BUS toward town, Safeway, Food Pantry,  
All kinds of ABC Stores everywhere... 
 
     Shopping All over Waikiki, Also Ala Moana Shopping Center, They  
have  Everything from A-Z... just ask anyone how to get there, Bus  
or Car.  
 
   Just have a GREAT time. Walk down to the beach, Kalakaua Ave.  
there is so much to see and do.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Keep busy, or just relax.  Your NO SMOKING room is very peaceful and  
air conditioned.   
Sleeping arrangement: 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, couch folds out into a Queen size bed , or we have a  
fouton for the living room floor, sleeps one confortably.

Just about anything under the "SUN".  Waikiki Beach,  Kuhio Beach,   
International Market Place,  Royal Hawaiian, and Galleria Duty Free  
shops,  Hilton Hawaiian Village, Zoo,  Ala Wai Golf are all within  
walking distance. 
 
Catch The Bus,  for Around the Island tour for a small fee.

 Book Now.  A $300.00 non refundable deposit will hold your dates.VISA / Master Card OK... US Funds. 
  
  Dec. 15th through July 15th... $165.00  per night. 
 
  July 16th through Dec.14th...  $145.00 per night. 
 
  Call for Special Discount. and SAVE 
       Must Be paid 30 Days in advance. 
  
  Plus all applicable Hawaii/Honolulu taxes of 11.76%  
  Plus $200.00 ( Fully refundable damage deposit, of which there 
  will be a $100.00 charge for lost parking pass, $50.00 charge 
  for any lost key. ) 
  Parking in this area without the pass is very expensive. 
  There is also an $90.00 move out cleaning charge.
