This is a beach paradise. If you are looking for relaxing and quiet. This is the place. This is a ocean front 4 bedroom beach house with approximately 3500 square foot of living space.
The first floor consists of a large family room or recreation room, bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 set of bunk beds, and 1 day bed that pops up to a king size bed, and full bath with a 2 car garage and dumb-waiter that connects to the main floor kitchen for all of those groceries. This area is perfect for children or teenagers. This floor is supplied with its own air conditioning and heating unit and small refrigerator, and of course television.
The main floor is an open airy well lit kitchen with new appliances and a center island with jenn-air cook top. An open floor plan living and dining area is complete with beehive fireplace and a 12 foot sliding glass door facing the ocean with deck. The view is beautiful. There is a master guestroom (kingsize bed) on the main floor with private deck, dressing area with separate bath, tub and shower . Second bedroom (queen bed) has full bath with custom tile and extra large shower. Laundry is also located on the main floor.
Spiral staircase leads to the top floor where landing is open to the main floor. The top floor Master Bedroom (kingsize bed) has a private deck overlooking the ocean and a private deck overlooking the river (great sunsets) with a custom fireplace and beautiful master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and extra large shower. Also a walk in closet with built in ironing board for your convenience. This bedroom is very private.
