luxury home on the Marco Waterfront with "SouthWest" facing 
pool for "all day" sunshine is located in the prestigious River 
Section.  

     With four bedrooms and two and one-half baths this home features 
a large living and family room with vaulted ceinings.  In addition, a 
formal dining room and kitchen eating area are also available to 
help make your family vacation most enjoyable. Come stay and relax in 
over 3,000 square feet of air conditioned comfort.  

     Our home is located on a quiet block and sits on a large "direct 
access" to the Gulf of Mexico waterfront lot. With a screened in 
15x30 foot heated pool, cabana bathroom, outdoor shower, sun deck and 
private lanai for sunning and dining, this home offers the perfect 
Holiday escape from the everyday stresses of life.  Ideally set up to 
accomodate all members of your family, with plenty of space and 
privacy for all.  

     This home was custom built in an L shape in almost 2 equal 
halves and is joined together by the kitchen area, allowing almost 
total privacy throughout the house.  The home features high cathedral 
ceilings with crown moldings, 16 foot sliders leading out to a deck 
overlooking the waterway, and other sliders throughout the house 
overlooking the pool and waterway. The Master Bedroom includes a King 
Size Bed, hugh walk in closet, Master Bath Suite with dual sinks, 
Roman Jacuzzi Tub, and a seperate shower and commode area. The second 
Master Bedroom includes a full sized Queen Bedroom Set.

Private Deck for Sunning, Large Dock for Fishing or tying up your 
Boat or a Rental Boat (which is available from 2 of the local 
Marinas), Fishing Equipment, 2 Bikes, Board Games, Large Private 
15'x30'Heated Pool, Pool Toys, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella and 
Cooler.

which can be tied up to our dock, ParaSailing, Nature Tours, Casual 
and Fine Dining, Shopping in the quaint shops on the Island and in 
the surrounding outlet malls. Enjoying the beautiful shops and 
restaraunts in nearby Naples, and of course swimming on Marco Island 
Beaches, one of which was voted among the top 10 most beautiful 
beaches in the world.

High Season  - December 16 to April 22    $2,200 per week
Value Season - April 22 thru December 16  $1,200 per week

Multi-Week and Monthly Discounts Available. Rates include the 
cleaning charge.
