Additional fees & taxes: $80 departure cleaning fee.
A lease of 180 days or less require a 12.5% State & county Resort
Tax.
Reservations & Cancellation & Return Policy:
Reservation & damage deposit of $400 will be refunded in full if
cancellation notice is received 60 days notice. No refunds if less
than 60 days notice prior to arrival is given.
First month payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Subsequent months are due 15 days in advance.
No refunds for early departures.
Pets, a Non-refundable Pet fee of $100 is required.
