   We are Centrally Located; you about 1.5 miles from the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner with live music. Also the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just minutes away. The casino cruises depart daily at Port Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. They sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the condo is an excellent spot to watch the Space Shuttle and Rocket launches. Make sure you visit Historic Cocoa Village for it's unique antique shops and restaurants.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to everything.

 MONTHLY and Corporate rates offer great savings and are available upon request. The rates are higher during Jan,Feb, March & July. Less Than 6 months require taxes to be paid.
