Our bright and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain home with panoramic views of the Sierra Mountains is in a very quiet and private setting.

Built in 1994, approximately 1700 sq.ft. The lower level has two bedrooms on with a queen bed, one with twin beds, plus a bathroom, and a two-car garage. The family room with adjacent dining room and kitchen, as well as the two-room master bedroom suite, are on the upper/main level. An attractive spiral staircase leads to the sleeping loft which is totally private and has 2 beds (twin and queen).

The home features wall-to-wall carpets and vaulted ceilings. Large windows, comfortable furniture, a wood burning stove, and mountain decor will contribute to making your stay pleasant and memorable. The kitchen is well equipped, the front deck area has a hot tub with incredible views and gas grill.

The uniquely private yet close-to-the-slopes setting will make your stay in this home especially pleasant for all-season enjoyment.

Near Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Royal Gorge for cross country, you can be on your skis within 20-30 minutes. Tahoe Donner ski resorts (downhill and cross country), fitness, and spa facilities are only a few minutes away.

Summertime at the chalet offers easy access to golf at the Tahoe Donner golf courses, spectacular hiking, biking, access to Donner Lake with all its water activities, good rock climbing, and more.
