Best location in Hilo side of Island. Hilo bay at Leleiwi Beach park and Richardson Beach park. These are swimming lagoons with the best swimming and snorkling. Please Google Richardson Beach for more information. Note the black sand beaches and beautiful views. Many homes advertise "beachfront" but you can't safely swim amoung shart rocks and waves. Only 30 minutes to Volcano Park

*3.5 miles from Hilo downtown on a small beach road that is so pretty, tour buses go up and down. Many reasonable local restaurants in town as well as many local attractions.
* 5 miles from Hilo airport, Walmart, Safeway, Macy's, Hilo Hattie and modern movie theatre.

Panoramic views of Leleiwi Beach Park directly in front and Richardson Beach Park to the right (they share a small parking lot). Cable TV, Xbox, board games, books, convertable couch and large dining room table.
Gourmet Kitchen:
Open floor plan for gatherings. Plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware. Great for Farmers Market shopping. Dishwasher, gas range and everything you need for staying in comfort.
Master Bedroom:
King bed with ocean views and the sound of the surf outside. Room for crib. Highest quality bed and linens. Large shower with double shower heads.
Bedroom 2:
Next to master. Queen bed and separate closet. Close to kitchen and living room.
Bedroom 3:
The whole downstairs is one bedroom. One queen bed and two singles. Plenty of room for comfort. Second TV with cable and DVD. Attached bath with shower and amazing garden views.
