Our luxurious 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation home has long been our family's favorite getaway on the Newport Beach peninsula, and is now available, for the first time, for others to enjoy! Located on the sand and boardwalk between the Newport and Balboa Piers, this well-appointed vacation home is within reach of the area's best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder. And just a short walk away, there is full access to Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayakking, paddling and sight-seeing.
Our home is a decorator's dream, with artistically detailed furnishings, murals, etched glass, and luxurious comfort throughout. Granite counters, plush upholstery, linens and fixtures, and a spectacular view - second to none - provide our guests with an experience that rivals any Riviera on the oceanfront: a true vacation!
The upstairs sitting area and master bedroom offer an endless ocean view from its oversized windows, vaulted ceilings and outside deck area. Outfitted with a lovely queen bed behind French doors, the master suite includes a private bathroom and spa tub; the sitting area includes a fold-out couch for extra queen-size sleeping, a large, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and wet bar.
The spacious ground level boasts an open floor plan which includes the living room, dining/game table and gourmet kitchen, with island seating and hideaway laundry facilities. The fireplace, flat-screen TV and ocean views complete the great family entertaining area. A queen size bed is located in the downstairs bedroom, next to a full and fanciful jungle bathroom. The living room sofa is also a fold-out queen bed.
The front patio provides the best entertainment: watching the world go by on the sunny boardwalk, with plenty of space for the built-in barbeque grill and outdoor dining.
We now offer beach cruiser bicycles (men's & women's styles) and kids' trailers (single & double) for rent at competitive prices for our guests. Pricing includes helmets, locks and delivery/pick-up of bikes. Contact us to make all the arrangement prior to your arrival and we'll have them waiting for you at check-in. And even better: you don't have to return them anywhere upon your departure - we'll take care of everything!
