This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath with loft (1380') condo is "Michigan's Best Little Kept Secret".  It is beautifully decorated and very up-to-date.  The condo is within walking distance to the fitness center/indoor pool, fishing ponds, and tennis courts.  It overlooks the open grassy area.  You can be sitting on your deck in the summertime relaxing or watching your children play ball. 

This non-smoking condo features the following:  gas log fireplace, 1 car garage, two person Jacuzzi tub, central A/C, 2 phones, 4 TV's , 2 DVD's, 3 VCR players, stereo with 5 Disc CD player, balcony off of living room and off of upstairs master bedroom, full kitchen equipped with dishes, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, blender, mixer, coffee maker and washer/dryer.

This condo has a master bedroom upstairs with a king bed (new pillow top) mattress plus two twin beds, TV with DVD, full bath and Jacuzzi tub.  The upstairs loft has a bunk bed with full on bottom/twin on top.  The loft also has a sofa.  There is a TV/VCR in the loft.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (new pillow top) mattress with a TV/VCR and full bathroom.  There is a family room on the first floor with a Flat Screen TV/DVD/VCR combo and stereo with 5 Disc CD player.

The Young Americans perform every summer very close to the Trout Creek Condos, and they are fabulous.  Tickets include hors d'oeuvres, dinner and the show.  It's an enjoyable evening out for both adults and children.

If golfing is your passion, there are several championship golf courses nearby.  In the winter you can ski or snowboard at Nubs Nob the #1 ski resort in the Midwest.  Our condo is only 1/2 mile from Nubs Nob.  Boyne Highlands Ski Resort offers much of the same with longer runs.  Boyne Highlands also has tubing in the wintertime.  Winter Park in Petoskey has a free outdoor ice skating rink. 

For your enjoyment while you are vacationing at Trout Creek the following activities are on site or nearby:  swimming, golfing, tennis, boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, windsurfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding, tubing, horseback riding, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, cinemas/movie theaters.

Our rates include tax and cleaning fee.  A $200 security/damage deposit is due within one week of booking.  It will be returned to you within two weeks after the departure date unless there is damage or any extra cleaning. 

Complete rental payment (not including $200 deposit) is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival - no penalty.  If you cancel less than 30 days - $25 processing fee.  If you cancel less than 14 days - subject to a $100 fee.  We are not set up to accept credit card payments.
