Vacation Rental Description

This new construction home comes equipped with an open kitchen bar
style seating, cathedral ceilings,
fireplace, and 42 inch big screen TV with DirectTV service incl. Fox
and CNN.

Grilling deck with with an ocean view, lower lanai, fish pond and
breezeway bar and two car garage. Located on a quiet street and only a
short (two blocks) walk to the beach crossover.

Two blocks to Martin's Seafood, Manny's Italian restaurant, A1A
beverage store, Captain Kraut's Galley Cafe, Oceanview Stylists.

Trailering into our large (12 foot overhead) carport and straight
through to the alley is one additional feature of the Flagler Villa.
The nearest boat ramp is 1.2 miles away.

The upper east side grilling deck is the perfect
place for cooking the day's catch or watching the sunrise.
A short stroll finds you on a terrific beach for fishing and
surfing. Poles and boogie boards, and umbrellas are available for our
guests.

Attractions like the dolphin encounter at Marineland and the 18th
century Spanish Forts of Matanzas and St Augustine are a short drive
away. Many Golf courses and waterfront parks with boat launches are
also close. Daytona Beach is 20 minutes south.

The town of Flagler Beach-

This old-fashioned town has only 3 traffic lights. You can easily walk
to everything. Pubs, restaurants, cafes, butcher, barber, beach shops,
and post office are all within 1 mile. Friday is Market Day in the
town square for fresh produce. A Food Lion is only an 8 minutes drive.
The Flagler Pier is 1.2 miles north.

Airports: the Jacksonville International Airport is 73 miles north,
the Daytona Beach International Airport is 28 miles south,
and Orlando International Airport is 94 miles away. The Flagler
County Airport for general aviation is 7 miles west.
