 Enter this spacious vacation house from the rear parking lot to a nice deck leading into the 50's style Fully Equipped 50's style Eat-In Kitchen with full stove & oven, large refridgerator,(spare fridge for sodas & beers on 3 Season Porch!) table & chairs, coffee maker, toaster, blender, micro-wave, and all utensils with pots & pans as well as lobster pot & place settings for at least 10. Full bath with tub & shower. 2 good size nicely furnished bedrooms with Queen size beds, pillows, mattresses w/ pillow & mattress protectors with pillowsoft comforters or slip covers on Queen Beds. Local Cable TV-DVR's in both Bedrooms and Living Room. Nicely decorated Stone Fireplaced Living Room with w/cieling fan & Window AC's in Living Room & 2 Bedrooms that cool the entire house. Has a full pull-out sofa bed and full Futon couch/bed in the Living Room. Window AC's in bedrooms and Living Room. French Doors lead to Enclosed 3 Season Beach View Porch with extra Fridge and High Top Table & Chairs for that View of the Ocean & Short Sands Beach. Watch the sun rise over the beach with your morning brewed coffee. Does not have washer/dryer but Has large clothes line and laundermat is short walk downtown. No special or Additional Fees. No cleaning fees, you clean & leave it in re-rentable condition "Honor System". We supply Cleaning Supplies, Vac, trash bags, soaps, etc., and all you will need to do is to clean it up the way you found it for the next guests.

Walk to Bingo Downtown every Wednesday Night! 2-Payment Plan Available-1st payment due within 30 days or by Jan. 1 and 2nd payment due by May 1. All Totals Due by May 1. Last minute bookings must be paid in full by Bank Check or Money Order.

Weeks Run from Saturday to Saturday-Check-In 3PM  Check-Out 10AM.

No Cleaning Fee or other hidden Fees-"Leave it the way you Found it Honor System"

Cleaning Supplies Provided, i.e. Vac, Broom, Kitchen Trash Bags, Cleaners, Mops etc.

Personal Linens NOT INCLUDED. Linen Rental referals available, please inquire. Bring your own sheets, towels, blankets, etc.

All Bedding have Mattress & Pillow Protectors & Slip Covers or Comforters.
