2BR 1 B Park City Apartment in Park City

Excellent value on a clean, spacious apartment

This apartment was a great find for us. Essentially, they've converted their basement into a clean, spacious 2BR 1BA apartment which was perfect for our needs. There's lots of room, the full size kitchen with dishwasher is great for saving a little money by eating in, and there's even a washer/dryer provided for your use. The owners are very friendly and even called us the day of our trip to make sure we knew how to get into town and to the apartment.

The only potential issue I could see is if your thing is to look out at the scenery and/or enjoy a fire in the fireplace. Since this is a basement apartment, there's really no view and there is no fireplace. However, that wasn't an issue for us at all.

This apartment is very centrally located in the Prospector Square area, and is walking distance to several good restaurants as well as the bus stop (right across the street), if you don't have a car. It's literally a few blocks to the Park City Mountain Resort as well. This was our 6th trip to PC, but our first staying in the Prospector Square area. We'd definitely stay there again because it's convenient and close to everything without the noise and bustle of Main Street.

We had a great stay and I'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone headed to Park City. Thanks Marion and Faye for hosting us; we had a great time.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
