Nicely furnished home is located on a deep water canal with direct Gulf of Mexico access within minutes.  You can bring your own small boat and dock it out back (boat launch is located within minutes of home) or fish directly from the seawall or dock!  Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds, separate bathrooms and are separated by the main living area for extra privacy.  A separate cozy den has a full-sized futon and TV and will sleep up to 2 additional guests.  Screened outdoor porch has washer/dryer, utility sink and extra seating for those impromptu get-togethers.  A BBQ grill and rocking chairs are waiting on the covered back porch for those quiet evenings where you just want to sit back and watch the fish jump.  Covered carport has parking for up to 2 vehicles.  Signal Cove is a quiet, safe neighborhood with a nice mix of full time residents and vacationers.  It's located only blocks from busy US 19 but feels like it's miles away from the hustle and bustle.  Enjoy a relaxing stay with lots of fun things to do nearby!

Central A/C & heat, fully furnished kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), extra linens, pillows & towels and lots of closet space.  Includes washer/dryer, two TVs, surround sound stereo & BBQ Grill.  All utilities are included in rental price including high speed internet, phone & cable. 

Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby.  Walmart Supercenter and USA Flea Market are minutes away on US 19.  Close to New Port Richey, Palm Harbor, Dunnedin, Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach.  Located close to the Suncoast Parkway which offers fast, direct access to Tampa and St. Petersburg.

• In season rates: (December through April) $700 weekly, $1500 monthly
• Off season rates: (May through November) $600 weekly, $1300 monthly
• In season rates apply for the week of 8/25 through 9/1/12 for the RNC
• $500 refundable security deposit is required.
