Outdoor Activities:  Just steps away from all the lake activities at Lake Arrowhead, like boating, fishing, waterskiing, swimming, jet-skiing, rafting and more. For snow skiing, enjoy nearby Snow Valley or Snow Summit resorts, only about a half-hour away. Nature lovers can go hiking, cycling or mountain biking, and wildlife viewing.  Also enjoy nearby golf, horseback riding, ice skating, and more.

Dining:  Enjoy numerous restaurants just steps away in the village, including Woody’s boat house and many other types of cuisine. For the kids, enjoy Lake Arrowhead Deli & Pizza with a great arcade to keep them busy.

Cleaning $ 75.00    -   waived for stays of 4 (or more) nights
Deposit $ 200.00    -   refunded upon departure & the place being in order.

Off season is March 1st to May 20 and Sept 5th to Nov 20  Holiday rates are waived for rentals of 30 days (or longer) and the regular rate schedule is used

Minimum stay is 2 days on the weekends or 3 days during the week or on holidays.  Holidays include Christmas, New years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th – pretty much the same as bank or Government holidays.

You can check-in anytime after 2PM on the day of your arrival. (Earlier times may be available)

Departure is by 10 AM on the day of departure.
