Vacation Rental Description

Completely redecorated 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story townhouse layout.  
Living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, bath with shower, 
beautiful kitchen with KraftMaid Oak cabinets, new counter top, all 
new appliances on 1st level.  Partial ocean view from the 1st level
balcony.  

The 2nd level consists of a master bedroom with a queen bed
and cable TV and awesome view of the ocean, full bath with tub and
shower, second bedroom with full bed.  This complex is on the highly
desirable south end which is closed to traffic on the beach.  

No smoking allowed in the unit.  No pets.  Sorry!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two TV’s with cable, VCR, DVD, microwave, side by side refrigerator 
with ice maker, smooth top stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and 
fully equipped kitchen.  You will enjoy the beautiful pool area 
directly overlooking ocean.  An outside gazebo next to pool provides 
a shady place to lounge or snack.  Shuffle board and tennis courts 
are on the property.  Commercial washers and dryers and an ice 
machine are available in the building.

Activities and Attractions

Surf-fishing, off shore charters, inland fishing with or without 
guides.  Boat rentals are available on the river for fishing, 
skiing, or just cruising.  Turtle Mound, Canaveral Sea Shore 
National Park, and municipal parks.  One hour from Orlando and 
Disney, Universal and Sea World attractions.  Excellent local 
seafood, Italian, and other types of restaurants are minutes away.  
Historic Flagler Avenue and its quaint boutiques is minutes away.  
Malls nearby include Volusia in Daytona and Seminole Town Center in 
Sanford.  More upscale shopping is within easy driving distance in 
Winter Park along trendy Park Avenue.  Daytona International 
Speedway just minutes away.  Two cruise lines operate free ½ day 
gambling junkets in the area.  Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, 
and other famous tourist attractions are just over an hour away.

May-Labor Day $850/wk; Memorial Day and July 4th weeks $1050
Sept-Dec $700/wk or $1650/mo 
Thanksgiving or Christmas week $850
Dec Special $1600/mo plus tax and cleaning
Nightly $130/3 night min

A $250 security deposit is required on all rentals.  30 day 
cancellation notice is required or security deposit is forfeited.  
In addition to the above rates there is a 12.5% tax and $75.00 
cleaning service fee.
