Surf-fishing, off shore charters, inland fishing with or without
guides. Boat rentals are available on the river for fishing,
skiing, or just cruising. Turtle Mound, Canaveral Sea Shore
National Park, and municipal parks. One hour from Orlando and
Disney, Universal and Sea World attractions. Excellent local
seafood, Italian, and other types of restaurants are minutes away.
Historic Flagler Avenue and its quaint boutiques is minutes away.
Malls nearby include Volusia in Daytona and Seminole Town Center in
Sanford. More upscale shopping is within easy driving distance in
Winter Park along trendy Park Avenue. Daytona International
Speedway just minutes away. Two cruise lines operate free ½ day
gambling junkets in the area. Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios,
and other famous tourist attractions are just over an hour away.

A $250 security deposit is required on all rentals. 30 day
cancellation notice is required or security deposit is forfeited.

In addition to the above rates there is a 12.5% tax and $75.00 cleaning service fee.
