Waterfront Causeway Isles Home with Pool, Dock & Elevator in St Petersburg

This elegant home was completed in October 2009 and has been enjoyed by many vacationers in the past year. Please feel free to contact me to see the many reviews from happy vacationers!  The home has everything you need to enjoy a 5 star vacation experience. For your convenience, the Mahogany Elevator starts in the garage and goes to the living area and the bedroom area. It is wheelchair accessible.

The living area and kitchen has a wall of sliding doors and oversized windows to provide you with a magnificent view of Boca Ciega Bay. On any given day, you will see dolphins, egrets, and pelicans playing in and around the water.

The kitchen is "state of the art" with all stainless steel appliances which include side by side refrigerator with ice and water on the door. The gas/electric stove and oven boasts of an indoor grill and griddle. There is one large oven and one bread oven for smaller baking needs. The dishwasher and microwave finishes out the appliances for your convenience. Look out the window and enjoy the view while in this fabulous kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, two of the guest bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has a double with a twin bunk and a single pull out bed(it will sleep 4) and the den has two single beds.  Three of the bedrooms have private baths. The second level has a separate  full bath and a half bath off the living area.

There are Travertine tile floors through-out the home except the bedrooms which have plush wall to wall carpeting. Each floor has a patio or covered balcony where you can gather with family and friends or just enjoy the views. A large stainless steel gas is on the patio by the pool and spa. Along with the grill is a picnic table, lounge chairs, and pool floats. Relax in the heated infinity pool and soothing spa. Bring your own boat or rent one at any nearby boat rental!

On the third, there is a washer/dryer along with an desk area with wireless internet access and phone.  

Boating and fishing charters- many boat rental companies have charters for island hopping, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises, or just rent a boat for your own use.

Fish off the dock or watch the dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and other exotic bird play before your eyes.

Boca Ciega Bay has easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. You can see the sunrises and sunsets, or soak in the spa while relaxing on your vacation. Want to see the sunset up close, the beaches are just a few minutes away. What a great way to end the day!!

The are several malls close by- Ellenton Outlet Mall is 40 minutes off I-75, Tyrone Mall is 5 minutes away, and International Mall and Tampa Airport is a short 35 minute ride on I-275 North.

The 5 star restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding area. Go West to the beach for great seafood or East to downtown to all the new fine dining restaurants. A ride to Tampa will thrill you with Burns Steakhouse, it is an evening experience! Try Philthy Phil's on St Pete Beach for casual food and super music located on Blind Pass Lagoon.
