Vacation Rental Description

Luxury, Oceanfront unit, with Panoramic Ocean Views located on
the 14th floor of the prestigious Edgewater building with full indoor
and outdoor amenities. Watch the sun rise in the morning and the
dolphins swimming. See boats and ocean liners off shore, beach goers
in the sand, children and adults in the pools as well as walkers on
the promenade. 

Beach is now 200 feet wider due to completion of beach replenishment
project ! !

Located in the Edgewater building of Sea Colony, with its own, heated,
brand new in 2007, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, full gym
and convenience shops. The outdoor pool and the private ocean beach
are just steps away.

The bright, gourmet, fully equipped kitchen with Stone counters and
tile floors is matched by the large light-filled rooms, decorated with
platinum-level appointments. The master bedroom has a pillow-top
king-size bed, designer furnishings, Flat Panel High Definition TV
DVD/VCR and private bath.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Additional guests may sleep on the
queen sleeper sofa or the roll-away bed. 

Provided to enhance your stay and for the occasional rainy day; 32
inch High Definition flat panel TV with 5.1 surround sound in living
room, Flat TV with DVD/VCR player in both bedrooms. DVD/VCR library,
Sony Play-Station with small games library, computer with free high
speed Internet. Some PC games. The Sony Play-Station and the Personal
Computer are courtesy items. We cannot guarantee their operation.
