vacation rental rates
From Dec thru April the rent is $2900. per month and this includes cabel, internet, local phone. An allowance of $150.00 a month for electric and water.
Two months or more the price is $2800. per month There is a cleaning fee of $125.00 (non-refundable) and pet deposit of 250.00 (refundable if there is no damage.)
If you decide to rent for 4 months the price drops to $2700.
There is a security deposit of $1,000.00 refundable aftere a walk through
After April the rates will drop.
