private dock, or launch your own boat from nearby marinas. Take a
short boat trip to the Potomac River or the Chesapeake Bay for
relaxation, fishing or “for the ride”. The bottom line is to take
your time because the locals practice “the good life” in this small
piece of paradise.

There is a completely furnished kitchen - don't pack a single
cooking utensil - to eat seafood and talk about the tasty
crabs well known for their sweetness. Sit on the screened water
view porch at sunset and watch the magic of dancing “lighting” bugs
fly among the trees. Listen as the soft cricket songs sound the end
of the day as your family prepares for a quiet evening in this home-
away-from-home.

The “Water’s Edge” cottage is located a few miles east of Callao,
Virginia and west of Heathsville, Virginia. The Water's Edge Cottage

Amenities include: Phone, Air Conditioning, TV, DVD, Stereo, Full
Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking
Utensils, Washer, and Dryer.

You can have a quiet game of cards or take in a fast game of
foosball with the kids on the enclosed rear porch. What about a
trip through time as a visitor to George Washington’s or Robert E.
Lee's estate? Travel to small Northern Neck’s “water towns” to
partake of the fine seafood restaurants. On the other hand, watch
TV, or read in the den as the family enjoys horse shoes on the
spacious lawn at Water's Edge.

Activities and Attractions include: hiking, golf (nearby Callao,
VA), large swimming pool (nearby Warsaw, VA), fishing from Water's
Edge private dock, and sightseeing that includes excellent
historical plantations.

Rental fee is $900.00* per month + utilities, for 1 (one) year
(minimum rental period) lease. *An additional $900.00 reimbursable
security fee, plus a refundable $300.00 deposit for utilities is
required. There will be an small fee to cover a credit check.

Rental cottage is completely furnished and includes the use of a

No Smoking in the cottage, please. We do not allow pets to visit
