A large Color TV cable, DVD & VHS, Stereo Radio Player, and free local phone service.

On this same property is a 5 Bedroom Classic Beach House that can be rented along with this guest house for the largest of families. Ask about simoutaneous bookings and special 2 cottage rates. The Living Room & Full Kitchen with the 3/4 bath are all fully equipped, furnished and tastefully decorated all downstairs with window AC's throughout.

Kitchen has all the pots & pans you'll need as well as silverware and setting plates for all. Full size refridgerator, stove w/oven, micro wave, toaster, coffee maker and even a lobster pot. Everything you'll need for a comfortable vacation.

A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads you to a large fenced in patio area with plenty of tables and seating for the large gatherings as well as a screened gazeebo and a Gas BBQ Grill area. Outside of the patio area is a large well manicured lawned yard with full size horse shoe pits and clothes line. Very large area for children's playing and sun bathing on lawn chairs.

Up-Stairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a convienient washer dryer unit. Two bedrooms have Queen beds, closets and chest of drawers and the third bedroom has a set of bunks with the bottom bunk opening to a full twin and chest of drawers.

Color cable TV VCR/VHS combo units and window A/C's in every bedroom. All rooms are nicely decorated. Also an extra egress screened door leading to a small outside porch with stairs leading down to the back yard!

Washer-Dryer, 1 & 3/4 baths, sleeps 8+, Micro-wave, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Lobster Pot, Fenced Patio with Tables & Plenty of Seating, Gas BBQ Grill, Screened Gazeebe, off-street parking for 3 cars, large grassy back yard with horse shoe pits, cable TV-DVD's in Bedrooms & Living Room, Free local phone service, Beach Buggy Tote Wagon to haul your beach stuff. Short drive to the Kittery Outlets, Perkins Cove, and the Ogunquit Playhouse Theater, and a shorther drive to the Hannaford's Super Market. Also a 20-30 minute ride to all the Old Portsmouth NH Attractions like the Albacore Submarine Museum and the Historical Quaint Downtown Portsmouth Shopping area. There is much to do and see from this location.
