Vacation Rental Description

Easy access, just 0.1 mi. off of Hwy. 108 in Cold Springs at an
elevation of 5600 ft. and surrounded by Pines. Only 3 mi. to Pinecrest
Lake and 5 mi. Dodge Ridge Ski resort. This beautifuly furnished
& remodled 2 story, 1700 sq. ft. vacation home has a lg. living room
with a high knotty pine ceiling, french doors to the deck, brick
fireplace, DirectTV, DVD, stero with cd player, tile kitchen with all
the appliances including dishwasher. On the first floor there are 2 
bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and a full bathroom with a 
procelain sink bowl on a granite counter top. The lower, 2nd floor 
has a game room with DirectTV and pool table, french doors to its 
deck, 3 bedrooms (one with a king, one with a Full, one with a day 
bed and trundle,that can be used as 2 singles or a king, plus a full 
bathroom with shower, Porcelain sink bowl on a granite counter top, 
and front load washer & dryer. All bedrooms have beautiful 
chandeliers.

Central Air & Heating, Wood burning Fireplace, Fully stocked Kitchen
with all the appliances and dishware, Pool table, 2 TVs with Directv,

Winter rates: Starting 11/1/2007, $1500/wk, $300/night, 2 night min. 
Non-Winter rates: Starting 5/2/2008, $1100/wk.
Cleaning fee and refundable deposit is required.

 Note: An 8% Tuolumne Conty Bed Tax will be added to rental rates.
