Rent includes fully furnished kitchen. Towels and sheets for the bedroom and bathroom. We offer a clubhouse with a pool within a 1 min. walk. Clubhouse has restrooms and computer. Washer and Dryer are located at the clubhouse. Can connect laptop to computer. Condo is located close to Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs. Loads of restaurants within walking distance to condo. Can walk to Green Key which is at the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of golf courses located all over Pasco County. Day and night fishing trips located in New Port Richey and Tarpon Springs.
