We invite you to stay in our 3 bedroom townhome in Bella Vista, AR. The home is fully furnished and located on a beautiful wooded lot. You will be renting an end unit with maximum privacy and scenic views of mature oak trees. The furnishings are new and comfortable. With 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds, this home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Our guests enjoy the open floor plan the living, dining and kitchen share, yet each bedroom provides quiet and privacy from the others.
You will like being walking distance from 2 of the 8 golf courses in Bella Vista as well as parks, tennis courts, a community center and pools which are all just a block away.

Minimum 2 night stay in the spring/summer/fall (high season) plus $50 cleaning fee
3 nights in the winter plus a $50 cleaning fee.
High Season Rates- March 1 - November 30: Nightly $130 (min 2 nights), Weekly $575, Monthly $1499*
Winter Rates - December 1 - February 28: Nightly $100 (min 3 nights), Weekly $500, Monthly $1050* plus a cleaning fee of $50 for short term winter rentals, $75 for monthly.
$100 booking fee due at time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
*All rentals including monthly include all utilities, basic cable and high speed internet. Three weeks or more will convert to the monthly rate and then cleaning fee is added. All winter season rentals have a cleaning fee.
A cleaning fee of $75.00 is added for any rental over 21 days.
