Located in The Village of Stump Sound, an island community with a pool, beach access, and tennis court. The beach access to ABSolute Paradise is located across a quiet street with no main roads to cross. Enjoy the ocean views from the front decks, lounge on the covered porch, or catch a few rays on the sun deck. The living, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen are located on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a bath. Located on the second floor is the large master bedroom suite that features a beautiful view of the ocean. It offers a spacious sitting area, private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. There are two other bedrooms located on the second floor with a shared bath. An enclosed outdoor shower is located on the ground level. 4 BR, 3 Bath/ Sleeps 8: 4 Queens. LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. (Rental linens include sheets for each bed listed, a set of towels for each bed, a bath mat for each full bath, and kitchen towel set). NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED. Community Pool Passes assigned to the property will be provided - if lost or not returned, tenant will be charged $20 each.
