This home has incredible views of the soundside of the island and the Intracoastal Waterway. The sunsets are amazing! There is a community boat dock and launch area perfect for kayaks or canoes. Or, bring a fishing pole and net for fun on the soundside. The ocean & beach access are nearby. You will enjoy the best of both worlds in Soundside Serenity with the easy access to the beach and the quiet soundside of the island.
The top floor of this home is large and spacious - perfect for your family gathering. In the living area, the large sectional sofa provides plenty of seating for watching TV or just relaxing. It is open to the dining area and kitchen. Step out on the upper deck and enjoy the view from the screen porch. You will be able to watch the boats go by on the waterway.
On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a queen bed, sliding glass door to the covered deck and a large shower bath which is handicap accessible. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other. There is a hall bath on this level and a laundry room.
The elevator is available upon request for a small fee. There are ramps available for accessing the home by wheelchair.
