Summer Rates:  Weekly  3575.00,   Nightly   580.00

Spring, Fall and Winter:  Weekly 2950.00,   Nightly  400.00

Extra person charge:  125.00 weekly per person,  30.00 nightly pers person

Monthly during off peak season 5000.00  -7500.00

All rates subject to State and County Sales tax.

1/3 deposit required at time of reservation.  Balance plus security deposit due at time of check in.  Cash, Personal Check, Visa and Master Card cards accepted.  

Pets consider at an extra charge of 100.00  a week plus tax.
