vacation rental description
The Rose house is unlike any other home for vacation rental it is not only 5 minutes away from all major studios it is 10 minutes from Hollywood and highland as well as Manns Chinese and shop shop shopping till you are dropping. The home is a compound of its own and private with guesthouse in the back which is not included. included are 4 bedrooms, one master bedroom with private bath and Jacuzzi tub and double headed shower and steam room, as well as TV in bathroom and 42 TV in master bedroom with surround sound system and super comfy cal king bed. jr suite has queen size bed of its own and bath and walk-in closet cedar lined as are all closets. the main room has 18 foot vaulted ceiling and a 50 inch TV and surround sound system with DVD, CD, DVR with Uverse and HBO, Cinemax, TMC, Starz, Showtime, Encore and on demand as well with HD channels. The kitchen is gourmets dream with commercial grade fridge and Viking stove with speakers for music. the other two bedrooms are very comfortable and have walk in closets that are cedar lined.
Intercom throughout 2700 sqft home and WiFi throughout home and even reaches in the outdoor living room were there is a 37 inch LCD TV and fireplace and trickling fountains as well as outdoor chess or checker board a la New York park to enjoy and Thermador BBQ and Viking wok and Del-Field fridge for outdoor cooking and to work it all off there is a basketball court with a plexi back board. There is much to do hiking Hollywood hills (you never know who you will see) as well as Griffith Park hiking, museums, golf, or just people watch or just relax with the rose house you really don't have to go anywhere. linens and beds are luxurious and you are always welcomed!
vacation rental rates
Fall rate 9/1 - 11/30 $299.00 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Winter rate 12/1 - 2/28 $275.00 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Spring rate 3/1 - 4/30 $325.00 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Summer rate 5/1 - 8/31 $350.00 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Holidays require a 5-7 night minimum. $15.00 per night pet fee.
A cleaning fee of $190.00 will be added to your total stay
