The home is on a speed limited waterway so no loud noises or jet skiers to ruin your experience.

Enjoy the spectacular view while you enjoy a drink or dinner on the patio or deck. Master bedroom has queen-sized bed with a spectacular waterview. The master bath has both a large tub and separate shower. Second bedroom also has a full sized couch/pull-out bed and private second bathroom with tiled shower. You have a full-sized, front-load washer and dryer. The large kitchen has Corian counters, a range/oven, overhead microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. You have a large flatscreen TV with cable, central heat and air conditioning, and high speed wireless internet access.

Picture yourself listening to the gentle breeze rustling through the palm trees while you sit under your covered deck and read.
