Among this unit’s many splendid features is its large wooden-decked outdoor patio. With stylish seating, it’s a great spot for a relaxed morning coffee or gentle evening nightcap. Framed with a wooden balustrade and a trellis above, you’ll have ample time to enjoy Siesta Dunes’ famed landscaping.

In spite of your garden seclusion, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Pad down a sandy path towards the warm gulf waters - with rows of palm trees pointing the way. Your route takes you past the resort’s massive circular heated pool, which has a surplus of pool beds to choose from.

The condo itself is bright and cheerful, with light tiled floors and white walls. Turquoise blues and sunny yellows are accent colors - picked up in the living room’s comfortable sofas and cushions and blue rocking armchair. A square glass-topped coffee table completes a happy, functional space without filling it in.

A feature wall in the living room is painted in a dark sky blue - a color you’ll come to know well during endless days of perfect Florida sun. Against this wall sits your entertainment unit - well-stocked with TV, DVD player and stereo system. In the middle of this generous open-plan living area is a dining suite, with room enough for yourself and five lucky guests. An adjacent breakfast bar with three wrought iron high-backed stools makes a great hang-out spot while meal preparation is underway.

The kitchen is a real feature in this unit, where soaring vault ceilings lend a dramatic touch. Clean, white wooden cupboards sit nicely against rich wooden counter tops. All appliances are in-built, including a microwave - leaving extra room on the work space. Morning coffee and toast are ready in minutes - as are afternoon margaritas, courtesy of your available blender.

Quirky seating in the breakfast nook is nowhere more at home than on the gulf coast - royal blue cushioned wicker seats feature fish nets as chair backs. A large shuttered window makes this a sunny spot in which to spend lots of time. At the far end of the living area is a wall-length set of sliding doors, leading outside to your private screened lanai. There, enjoy meals outside around an ample dining table set beside lush, beautifully landscaped gardens.

Your happy vacation continues in the master bedroom where bright yellow walls light up as the room fills with sunshine from the second large set of sliding doors. This is a massive room, with lots of floor space available around its two queen beds. A large en-suite bathroom has plenty of counter space and many drawers to call your own. A feature vanity mirror really makes best use of this space.

Bedroom two is neat, tidy and very inviting. Decadent sea blue walls are a perfect contrast to white wooden shutters, framed artwork and wicker headboards. Two guests will happily unwind here in their twin beds. Each guest has use of their own chest of drawers, in addition to an in-built closet. An ample guest bathroom with a full bathtub is theirs to call their own.

Full-sized washer and dryer make this a truly convenient condo. Within the resort itself, you’ll have great opportunity to experience the many amenities of this large complex. The gorgeous beach and large beachfront deck, for one. Tennis and two heated pools, perhaps.
