When you walk through the front door you are welcomed with a large living area that leads through french doors to a very private pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees.  You can relax in the lounge chairs with or without an umbrella or enjoy the covered lounge area.

This house is perfect for entertaining inside or out. There is a grill outside with a covered seating area.  The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  The indoor dining table seats 6 and also has french doors that open to another outside covered area with a table that seats 6.

The house has stunning travertine floors throughout.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own bathroom with walk-in shower.  One guest room has two twin beds and the other has a queen size bed.  All the bedrooms have tv's.

The pool and patio area are all new with tumbled marble deck, gorgeous, tropical blue pool with cascading waterfall from the hot tub.  The pool is heated and surrounded by palm trees for privacy.  You can even shower outside in the hot water shower.

There is a large circular driveway with plenty of parking on site.  There are four bikes available, a back pack, beach bags and beach towels. You can also get on the trolley that goes right by the house.  The trolley cost $1.00 and does continuous loops along A1A to the beach, to the shops on Las Olas Blvd. and to the nearby Publix Grocery Store and Shops of Harbor Beach.

The south end of Ft. Lauderdale Beach is only a 10 minute walk away. You can also ride a bike or take the trolley.

Along Ft. Lauderdale Beach you will find a variety of shops and restaurants including 954 Steak House at the W Hotel, Jungle Queen Paddle Boat cruise and dine along the Ft. Lauderdale Intracoastal Waterway. 

You can catch the water taxi at the marina which will take you to downtown ft. Lauderdale to the shops along Las Olas and to bars and restaurants along the intracoastal or you could do a Duck Ride tour from Beach Place.

The Marina is a 1/2 mile away where you can inquire about fishing and diving trips or parasailing. The Broward County Convention Center is also only 1/2 mile away. There is so much to do in the area, something for everyone.  Whether you want to sit and relax by the pool with a book or go to the beach or fishing, it's all close and convenient.
