The OTOW complex is located near the Countryside area and is convenient to many restaurants, churches, shopping districts [the mall is one mile north and the mega shopping outlet is two miles south.] There are two giant flea markets in the county within a 30-minute drive of the complex and plenty of sunshine!

Dec - Mar: $1250/mo, includes LD phone, cable TV, internet, and electric [3-month minimal rental; absolutely no week by weekly rentals]; additional month's stay [after 3 months] - $1100/mo.

April - Nov:  $850/mo [2-month minimal rental; no exceptions]
