The newly remodeled property includes bamboo wood flooring, HVAC, as well as;
Kitchen; all new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator,
dishwasher, oven with stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stocked with all the cooking
necessities and breakfast bar seats 3.
Dining Area; opens to covered patio and table seats 8-10.

and includes a 50” HD plasma TV, full cable TV with DVR and surround sound, large sectional couch

bathroom, walk-in closet.
2nd bedroom; offers queen size bed with 37” plasma TV and cable.
3rd bedroom; sleeps 3 and features a full bunk bed on bottom and a twin on top and includes 31” flat
screen plasma with DVD.
Full Guest Bath with shower tub and slate flooring.

Less than a five minute walk to picturesque beaches you could be enjoying the surf and sand at the
breathtaking Crescent Bay or enjoy a stroll along the bluff top, Heisler Park, where you could
overlook the northern coast of Laguna Beach. Walk along the coastline bluff to Downtown Laguna and
Main Beach which is approx. a 15 minute walk (0.6 miles). Downtown Laguna offers endless shopping,
boutiques, art galleries, museums, restaurants, as well as, sunbathing, volleyball or basketball.
Snorkeling, scuba diving and tide pooling top the list of water sport activities. Laguna also
offers ocean views from; world-class golf courses, and the best hiking and mountain biking trails.

Activities and Attractions
