Lovely villa with pool & water views. in Orlando

Beautiful villa backing on to a lake and nature reserve. This 4 bedroomed single storey pool home is spacious, sunny, air conditioned and fully equipped with everything you could ever need and maintained to a high standard throughout. Plus free wifi.

The villa is set in a quiet cul de sac,yet close to all supermarkets,stores and eating places. There is a 37ft living room which has a huge leather corner sofa which includes recliner armchairs to watch TV or the just relax and enjoy looking out at the pool and lake. There are two other comfortable sofas where you can sit and chat or listen to the 100's of CD's we have. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need including a big double fridge freezer with ice dispenser.We have a utilty area with great washer and drier.  In the living room there is also a mirrored 'wet bar' and glasses but  [sorry]you have to provide your own drink.  The four bedrooms all have matching furniture, built in closets with plenty of coathangers!table lamps and lovely bedding in each room. There are Tvs and DVD players in two bedrooms. We even have a toy cupboard for our younger guests,lots of pool toys and inflatables and books galore, to relax with while getting that great tan round the pool.

The house is close to all the amenities you need,with everything within a short drive. We are just 15 minutes from Orlando International airport,and 45 minutes from Sanford airport. There are stores, supermarkets,golf courses and restaurants in a close proximity of 5--15 minutes. Also its just a short drive to Lake 'Toho' where you can fish,barbecue,walk or play in the park or take a thrilling airboat ride. There is a bus link right outside Spring Lakes in case you decide to leave the car at home. 

We are just 20 minutes from all the major attractions Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios,and all the fabulous water parks. Gatorland and superb golf courses are just a short drive,and if you want great shopping 'The Loop' is wonderful and just 10 minutes away.'The Loop' has all the top stores eg JCPenney /TJ Maxx/ Kohl's/ Bed Bath & Beyond and many, many more plus cinemas and wonderful places to eat. The Florida Mall is a great shopping experience with 100's of stores, plus the designer 'Prime Outlet Malls' and The Millenium Mall are all within a 30 minutes drive from your holiday home. If lying on the beach soaking up the sun is more to your liking. Then Cocoa and Melbourne beaches are just an hour away,or you could combine the beach with a trip to Cape Kennedy to see the latest rockets, space history film shows and innovation.Downtown Orlando is the place to go for Theatres,Museums, Sports Arenas,Cinemas etc. So whatever your choice of holiday activity, its all here in Orlando,so come and enjoy the fun in the sun,and to make it perfect, choose our lovely house a great location,close to all of the excitement.
