Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful inside and out, this 3 bedroom home has two and one-half 
bathrooms and will accommodate 8-10 people in total comfort. Fully 
equipped and tastefully furnished. The upstairs is one large great 
room and kitchen with ocean views and a woodburning fireplace. The 
kitchen,living and dining area open onto a large deck to enjoy the 
ocean view. The 3 bedrooms are on the lower level, with  2 full 
baths and a utility room.
There is a outdoor shower. 
Our home is approximately one block to beach access and is 
surrounded by a thick forest of trees.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Bedrooms, one bedroom has a set of 2 bunkbeds, the other 2 have 
queen size beds and one has a full size futon. 2 bedrooms have 
T.V.'s and V.C.R.'s. A large laundry room and an outdoor shower. A 
large upstairs deck with a fabulous view. Linens, phone(calling card 
only),3 cable t.v.,3 v.c.r., stereo, c.d. player, d.v.d. and a 
fireplace.

Activities and Attractions

Lots of tables for cards, games and puzzles with a greatroom and 
entertainment center. The kitchen is fully equipped and the deck has 
an ocean view. Golf is a short drive to Manzanita. There is crabbing 
in nearby Nehalem Bay and lots of fishing nearby. Enjoy miles of 
biking on Arch Cape beach and nearby Cannon Beach. And lots of 
shopping. Antique, craft and country stores, art galleries and 
outlet mall nearby. Restaurants, grocery, deli, service stations, 
video rentals, sports stores, and kite stores. We are 5 miles south 
of Cannon Beach, 12 miles north of Manzanita and approximately 20 
miles south of Seaside Beach.

Winter Special January To May
Winter..November 01-May 31..$200/night
Summer..June 01-August 31..$250/night
Fall..September 01-October 31..$200/night
Holidays.. Memorial Day & Labor Day (3/night minimum),
Thanksgiving (4/night minimum), Christmas (1 week minimum,
$250/night), New Years (one week minimum,$250/night)
Cleaning Fee $200.00, Refundable security & damage deposit
is $250.00 and a 7% county tax. No Smoking, No Pets.
